Who we are

Ayra GTM is operated in Australia by Jared Wickersham trading as Ayra GTM (ABN 19 532 276 625), and in the United States by Ayra Services LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company. In this policy, "we" means both. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in how we handle personal information.

What we collect

• Business contact details: name, job title, work email, work phone and company. We collect these from public sources such as company websites, business directories and public registers. For every email address we keep a record of where it was published.
• Information you give us: when you reply to us, book a call or become a client.
• Website usage: pages visited, how you arrived and how you use the page. We use HubSpot (cookies), Microsoft Clarity (cookies and anonymised session recordings) and Cloudflare Web Analytics (no cookies). You can block cookies in your browser settings.

Why we collect it

• To contact businesses about our services, where the message is relevant to the person's role.
• To deliver services to our clients and manage our relationship with them.
• To run and improve this website.

Emails from us, and opting out

Every email we send identifies who it's from and includes a way to opt out, usually by replying "no". We action opt-outs within five business days and keep your address on a do-not-contact list so you aren't contacted again.

When we work for a client

When we run outreach for a client, the prospect data is stored in that client's own accounts and the emails are sent in the client's name. We handle that information on the client's behalf and only for that client.

Who we share it with

We use service providers to run our business, including Google (email and data storage), HubSpot (customer records and booking), Microsoft Clarity and Cloudflare (website analytics), Smartlead (email sending), and data verification and enrichment providers. Some of these providers store information outside Australia, including in the United States. We don't sell personal information.

How we protect it

Access to our systems is limited to the people who need it and protected by two-step sign-in. We keep information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete it.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing jared@ayragtm.com.au or writing to PO Box 13006, Law Courts VIC 8010. We'll respond within 30 days.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, email us first and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're still not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
